Helen Mary Hogben - Helen is our Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer. She has been in this role with our Company since 2009. Helen manages the Company's financial and accounting operations. She is also responsible for compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations that are critical to the Escrow industry. Helen is a Certified Public Accountant. She has worked for a major international accounting firm and was a Vice President for a large public corporation. Helen graduated with magna cum laude honors from Drexel University.
